We collect only what A9Core needs to work as a training coach:

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Training data you enter — exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session notes.
• Basic profile details you choose to add, such as body weight or available equipment, to tailor your plan.
• Limited technical data (app version, device type, and crash diagnostics) to keep the app stable.

We do not ask for information we do not need, and you can use most of the app without creating an account.

Your information is used to:

• Build and adapt your training program session to session.
• Show you your progress and history.
• Keep the app secure, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.
• Respond to you when you contact us for support.

We do not use your training data to serve advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Your training log is stored so it is available across your sessions. We use reputable infrastructure providers and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit how much we collect in the first place.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your training data with advertisers.

We share information only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and crash reporting), under agreements that limit their use of it.
• Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.
• In connection with a business transfer, in which case we will notify you and this policy will continue to apply.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. You can also delete your account at any time, which removes your associated training data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide A9Core to you. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we are required to retain it by law.

A9Core is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as A9Core develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
